Going to take a nap, do some errands and probably will hit the trainer again for mindless few hours of endurance riding (as well as testing saddle fit... anything wrong, the trainer seems to exaggerate it) later in evening.
Man that's great, 10% improvement on the w/kg is huge! I've been working for 6 months and haven't seen that kind of improvement yet, but I've gotta get mine purely through power gains. The wife will kill me if I lose any weight.
I did my 10 sec and 60sec power tests last night on the trainer, neither turned out as good as I was 4 months ago. Now
that is depressing.
Anyway, yous should check out the link in my sig to see the software I use when I ride on the trainer. It kinda removes some of the boredom by letting me race some virtual bike riders around, plus it verbally tells me when my intervals start and end, which is great for those 5-10 second power tests.
