I did my 10 sec and 60sec power tests last night on the trainer, neither turned out as good as I was 4 months ago. Now that is depressing.

Anyway, yous should check out the link in my sig to see the software I use when I ride on the trainer. It kinda removes some of the boredom by letting me race some virtual bike riders around, plus it verbally tells me when my intervals start and end, which is great for those 5-10 second power tests.
My improvements are coming in rather "easy" as I am still very new at cycling (or relearning of it)... Started riding back only about 1.9 years ago (for commuting purposes), only got my first road bike about 9 months ago... "Training" started about that time, but in actuality, the real structured training only started only about 5 months ago. The base miles built up with commuting really helped. (Last year a little over 6k miles)

I checked out your website and... WOW!!! I am impressed. Something I was looking forward to for sure! How does it get the ANT+ signal though? Does it take Quarq? I also have KK rock n roll trainer so I suppose that could work? Can it spit out a file that can be fed to GTC, Golden Cheetah, Training Peaks so I can keep track of TSB?
I am seriously interested!
