Heres why:
- large platform
- excellent performance on a par with DA (same except about 20g more weight)
- bomproof
- look nice even after hammering
- getting spare cleats and/or slip plates is easy
- match my groupset!

I use Nike Lance shoes which are also pretty good and they are such a comfy combo with the Ultegra pedals.
