I don't think so, then price should be $30+
It would not be a freewheel without them. Buying older obscure small parts is sometimes much more expensive than buying a new part.

Also you did not provide a link to the Pawls you found were they shimano? Campagnolo? what quality level? if they Campi FW pawls I would be suprised they were only $20
