Freewheel pawls

Also I have another question, When I spin pedals on bike, whole Freewheel spins, but wheel is stopped, so may be it is fault of Freewheel and those teeth inside Freewheel?

These are freewheel pawls. They are used inside freewheels and cassettes to keep the freewheel or cassette from rotating in both directs. They create a ratchet effect that allows the bike's wheel to spin freely in one direction and drive in the other direction. They probably are only available as a part of a complete freewheel or cassette, not separately
