When I posted those links, I just thought he was a Napolean Dynamite style dreamer, but then I got to his "Joe's Fight for Freedom" page and realized he's a world-class crazy.
It looks like a parody site, but there's just too much "authentic" detail. It’s funny to read, but you have to feel a little sorry for the guy.
Not surprisingly, he lives in FL.
