Not planning on running a front brake at the moment, the bike is currently set up with a center pull in the rear and it will be replaced by the coaster brake on the S2C. This bike will be fine for the job until I find a hard-tail MTB frame in my size to swap everything over to. I am in the market for one, but not in any hurry because this old beater does the trick. Actually one of my favorite bikes to ride and I have a few.
