Bikes: 1980 Koga Miyata Gents Touring; 1980 Koga Miyata Gents Racer; 1980 Koga Miyata Roadspeed; and aiming for the rest of that year's brochure

There were quite heavy winds on the first ride of the year -- on 2 January -- and I had forgotten that a bike with just six gears might not be the best choice against a stormy headwind.
