I glued/silicone the cap...but what i ended up doing was removing it when i ride. Would you believe the only thing it is at the bottom of the cap is an allen head? Yep...on anything bumpy, it will slide right off. Sigh...i have not put it on since december...and now i can not lock the fork. Oh well...i guess it is what it is....
