Stupid PSA of the Day
During your routine maintenance, I would highly recommend swapping out your zip ties on your Garmin Speed/Cadence sensor regularly. Don't have what happened to me; sensor wiggled loose and did a divebomb for my spokes. The end result was a busted speed sensor (although cadence still works) and a couple bent spokes. Made it home fine, but damn do I feel stupid. A $.02 set of zip ties will now cost me a trip to the LBS. I've been religious in the past about swapping them monthly, just got out of sync with my upkeep routine.
