And now the rest of the After. I had a wreck with the bike where the derailleur got caught up and pulled around, bending the derailleur hanger and dropout:



I beat it back into shape, but the hanger is hopelessly deformed. I recently came across a wheel on CL with a 2-speed SA kick shift hub and put it on there, along with some other parts from swap meets and here we go.... ghetto cruiser:
