I watched the horrible coverage of the final stage yesterday offered by one of the broadcast networks. It was mostly just an hour of Lance jockriding. But in an interview, he was asked if there were any Americans who could possibly win the Tour in the coming years. Straightfaced, he replied "No. blah blah" I don't really follow road racing, so if he's just being realistic, I could maybe understand, but he came off as a humongous a55hole.

So. Realism or A55holery?
