Yeah sorry it's the carbon tubular wheels with the tubular tires already installed on there. The guy I am buying them from is pretty well known by the lbs owner and has three other sets of wheels so he just wants to get rid of this one that he doesn't use anymore. He said he only raced them and they have about 500 miles on them. Usually I wouldn't buy carbon used but since I trust the lbs owner and he trusts the guy I'll take a chance on these.
