Advice you to use tamiya because is alcohol/water based paint. Just pick a closer white and done with it. But again i you want to be sure just peel it a tiny bit, if its a real crack once the paint it off u will see and feel the crack in there big time.

As for the company, dont know what to tell you the only people i can say is BMC, they replace it my frame right away. Have the old frame cut in one wall of my garage as a sculpture
