i'm sort of in a similar position as the OP. i have a 1997 giant kronos road bike with vertical dropouts that i would like to convert to a fixed/SS with an ENO eccentric hub. i think the rims are original. is it feasible to have the rear wheel rebuilt with new spokes and the new hub? they were true the last time had a shop look at them. should i just get new rims for the front and rear?

also, what are some good sources for parts like colored chains, sprockets, and cranks? i have been looking half-heartedly and not finding much.

thanks!
