Depends on how many grand tours the op is thinking of riding per year. I have a 2005 aluminum that is super stiff, dented, scraped etc and shows no signs of any fatigue whatsoever. I plan to race the crap out of it this summer with no reservations.
Incorrect...you let that aluminum frame party with Lindsay Lohan and you will have to check it in for fatigue issues
