I'm now wondering if there's any other places that needs to be disassembled and greased?
I don't know if anything else needs to be disassembled and greased. This was the only problem I've had so far with the bike, and otherwise it's been great.

In fact I took it out this morning for a ride around Irvine & Back Bay.
