I bought this R1000 off Craigslist earlier this spring for my wife in Mpls
area here and am trying to figure out what year it is. The ad said 2007, but I
don't find any ref to a 2007 R1000 ever being built.

It came with the green tires and I put the green Salsa tape on and some
green alloy Cannondale handlebar end plugs on per her request.

This is what I can see for whats on the bike with help from specs online:
