It depends on the frame/fork clearances. Typically, 28's should fit, but the 32's may or may not on a bike that comes with 25's.
I've narrowed it down to the Timeline or the Clockwork. Same price and almost same specs except for wheelsize (and maybe other things I didn't notice). I really like the orange clockwork (Clockwork Orange!?) and I can get really cheap 28 wheels if the 25 are too thin for me.
