Well, it looks like it's an '83 Superior with plain lugs.

Just opened up the box and a couple of observations: the steerer tube is rifled and has the same serial # as the frame: F83100...which is a Waterford Paramount number(?). The kicker is the tubes in the BB are not mitered, except for that needed for the seat and down tubes to fit in the same shell. I'll get some pics and post.







Another conundrum: Why would the builder take so much time with the water bottle bosses (diamond Reinforcements) and spec just a tube with a hole in it for the brake bridge? No reinforcements at all and it doesn't match the fork which needs a recessed hex nut.
