I don't think it's salvageable
I could probably put a new fork on it and ride it but what's hard to see in the cellphone pic is that whole white streak is a big long dent in the tt. I haven't cleaned off the house paint but I can tell it cracked the bikes paint and I think it's safe to assume it's not structurally sound anymore.
