101.5kg down to 99kg in 11 days of riding 25km every morning before Breakfast and 40-60km on Saturday and Sunday. It helps that my work involves a lot of movement so I get a bit of a workout there as well. Last couple of days have been stubborn at 99, but I feel a lot stronger so I suspect its more muscle and less fat. At any rate, going for 85kg by the end of the summer. I haven't seen that number since I was 18...
