1. What type of bikes do 50+ folks ride?
Gary Fisher Nirvana 2004; replaced the suspension seatpost with a hardpost and added Shimano M520 clipless pedals.

2. Do you take any special supplements/vitamins/minerals as you have grown older?
Costco multivitamin and an aspirin a day.

3. How much do you feel you have "slowed down" if any?
Not much - heavier than I was at 25, but still as aerobically fit and a little more muscular.

4. How long have you been biking? New, around a while, biked all your life?
Biked as s kid, slacked off in college, biked a bit for commuting while in the service, but nothing to speak of between '78 and '04.

5. What type of biking do you do? Long rides, touring, short rec rides, commute, tour, race?
25-30 miles on a weekend day, as fast as comfortable (avg 14.5 mph yesterday in the heat); maybe some climbs in my hilly neighborhood one morning a week.

6. How often do you bike? Your approximate annual mileage?
Once a week, 750 mi/year.

7. Do you do any other type of physical activities - weight lifting, skiing, running, etc.?
Crossbow gym in the basement; warm up for that on an Air-Dyne.
