This is weirding me out. I sent Richard Schwinn an e-mail this AM with the pics and the specifics to see if he could do. Anyone know what a provenance costs at Waterford?
It looks almost as if it has a Paramount top end and fork and a Superior bottom end. If the fork really is Columbus (it's rifled) that's weirder still.
