Just because you feel that a "paceline" is inherently dangerous, unless there are stated rules/laws against it, a paceline of riders doing the legal speed on a MUP has every right to be there as does the person walking their dog with an extra long leash.
Your right of course. Those toddlers and pensioners sure are annoying to those law-abiding paceline participants. If its legal we should do it and to heck with anyone else - it's all about us right?
