Does the Garmin Edge 200 have a way to mute or turn down its annoying beep?

I like the auto pause feature, but when I'm mountain biking, it likes to auto pause, and therefore, beep when I nearly stop going up technical hills or the like. I want to leave autopause on because sometimes I stop for real for extended amount of time.

I didn't see anything in the manual.
