You haven't explained why you want to do upgrades to your bike. Does it not serve the purpose now?
Upgrading a bike just to make it "better" or more high-end doesn't yield any value. Put the money into a bike. Then you'll have two bikes! If one is low end and the other is high end, you'll love them both for what they are.
