if it hasen't been said, some plans are based on fatiguing ing your legs over a period of time but i wud agree with 3 weeks on 1 week easy. I feel my legs are similar to yours now superFred, for me even 4 days easy didn't do it but im riding better even while fatigued so 'ill do one more week of torture before taking it easy. Thats just me training by the seat of my pants/time available, because I hate routines to a point.
