Riding in the AM is addictive
3 weeks of riding in the morning and I find myself disappointed when I look at the computer and see that I have hit the turnback point for this week. Last week it was 25km and that got to easy. This week its 30km and its hardly any harder than 25km. At this rate in the 2 hours I have to cycle between 4:30am and 6:30am I'm going to have push it to 50km before I actually feel like its any sort of workout.
Who needs drugs when you ride?
