yeah, both SMV-FRAP laws and BIKES-FRAP laws are quite permissive when interpreted reasonably.
Michigan BIKES FRAP law explicitly allows bicyclists to control a narrow lane; something woefully absent in the North Carolina SMV-FRAP law.
