It may just be that, in both instances, the people saw you on the bike earlier - - which stood out because of its uniqueness - - and then talked to you later about it.
And then again, it may
be a "look" - - y'know, kinda like those guys who are into collecting vintage Ramblers, Nashes, Hudsons, etc? Are you crosseyed, have big cauliflower ears or webbed fingers and toes?
