I wonder what made you say it was Bianchi? Izzat what the guy who gave it to you said? If so, I wonder why he thought it was? No matter.

Anyway, you said you were stoked to find a decent wheelset. Thoser are good wheels already! The MA2 is a very solid, narrow rim and the early 600 hubs are great. In fact, I've been running a pair of 600s on my Peugoet for decades, with an MA2 on the rear. Unless you can't get them trued properly I see no reason to replace the wheels. Clean up the bike, re-pack the various bearings, examine the tires and replace if necessary, check the various cables and the derailleur adjustments, then ride and enjoy.
