Hi i just bought a 2012 Cannondale Super Six Di2. I am right now 243 but hope to be under 190 sometime in the next year or so. I started weightlifting and cardio about two months ago and have lost 18 pounds and kept my muscle. I have slowed down on weight loss the last two weeks but have more energy and my heart rate is lower now while riding or using a machine at the gym. From reading through the other threads I am sure to break some spokes or get a flat soon but hopefully not.
