Windsor Clockwork that I got for about $300. I added good platform pedals, fenders, and good lights for another $250. I have a great time riding fixed WITH brakes all year long. I really like commuting on a fixie because it can handle any weather and it makes me a much, much stronger rider on my road bike. It has really done wonders to smooth out my pedal stroke and increase my cadence. It's one of my best purchases yet.
This is a good choice with 32mm tires, same as WT. I went WT for the deep profile rim to avoid spoke breakage that you probably don't need to deal with. $250 in extras though? Pedals ($20), Fenders ($25), and lights ($35 for a whole bunch) = $80. Those gold plated pedals?
