There are two places to stay in Nacona -- the Nacona Inn and the Budget Inn. You can normally get a room at the Budget Inn the last week before the ride, but its pretty basic. The Nacona Inn is small but nice, but normally sells out earlier. Nacona is about 50 miles east of Witicha Falls.
