I'm talking about the san diego tour de cure, I figured the week of the tour isn't really training, I would probably ride a couple days..

Here is a pic of the elevation changes on my bike route.. to and from. So going to work, is just long and uphill. I wish it was flat, so I could choose if I want to push it or not, but I find myself hitting the granny gear more than I would like on the way home. So an easy ride isn't possible. I was thinking of doing this 2-3 times a week and then supplement on weekends with a longer ride
