The sleeved joint means that the spoke nipple bed is approximately 1mm further from the hub for the two spokes that land on it. So, when initially taking slack out of the spokes you need to allow that extra 1mm in those two. I took all the spokes up to the point that the last thread just disappeared into the nipple, but, left 2-3 threads showing on the two spokes at the joint. That seemed to work fairly well. Then, started tightening everything evenly.
