If its currently a square taper BB, then you are a threaded shell, most likely english thread 68mm wide, and are not looking for any of the pressed in systems. GXP, Hollowtech, or any of the external bearing systems would work. None of the press in systems will, and there are no adapters to make a threaded shell into a press fit. good luck
