I think I have driven about half that many hours over the past five years, and those were mostly to take a disabled friend out of town to get medical treatments.
Good point. If I had a 16 year old, he/she would have to first save enough money to buy a car, since I'm not in the market for one. Then the poor kid would prpbably have to pay me hard cash to get me to sit in a car when I could be out riding a bike instead.
