There are rules? Please enlighten me. Anyway another cyclist on a road bike today approached me from behind at a red light. As I was waiting, I saw him approaching in my mirror lol, and I never turned around. I ditched him. He wasn't wearing spandex though.

It was 60 degrees today which was nice, still kinda windy like usual. My first half commute was agonizing--stomach was aching pretty bad or something. I ate breakfast too early, so I thought I needed something to eat, and oatmeal always makes me feel hungry too early after eating it. When I got to my destination, I ate some Chinese. Half of whatever it was had onions. That probably made my stomach worse. First thing I did after that is sit on the toilet. I had so much gas it was ridiculous. I just sat there and kept passing it all out and played Angry Birds on my phone. It felt good. Anyway the commute back was fine I felt very good actually except for one stretch where I noticed my speed was slow for my effort, and I was one cog lower than usual. I stopped and observed my bike. The rear brake pads were rubbing on my rim, so I fixed and went on my way. With the wind, you can't hear it. I went down a big descent that's a bit bumpy prior to that, so it had to have been that.
