saddle sore = hot baths with epsom salt and bath soap 20 min minimum and after drying thoroughly Clearasil acne cream. if the hair follicle is bent over and now you have a swollen puss-filled area after soaking it you might be able to pop it. you can also try it under water continuing your soak after the popping will help heal it.
