Been using this for years. Most big box retailers carry it (Wal Mart, Etc.). Around $3.99 for a 15oz jar which lasts quite a while even in everyday use.

I played around with several cremes, but most of them gave me a rash over time. I had good results with Asso, but it was overpriced, so I looked around for a product with similar ingrediants. I'm sure that Asso has virgin Swiss edelweiss buds or something as their secret indrediant, but otherwise the ingredient list hits all the big ones.

Plus this has a nice "Spring Break at the beach" smell.

I recommended it to the racing crowd, who do a ton of training miles, and it's developed a fan base.

One other thing, it's worth checking your chamois from time to time to make sure they aren't coming apart. Sometimes loose stitching or a hole can cause irritation.
