I've heard nothing but good things regarding Cuben fiber, it's all the rage at Backpacking Light. The one problem with it (aside from the cost) is it is fairly transparent, so you do end up lacking privacy.

A Mountain Laurel Designs Trailstar is on my list, it's not quite what you're looking for, but it's a pretty awesome shelter. Add an inner net tent and you have a great looking shelter for all weather.
