I wanna say it's a rebadge older Klein frame and fork. It's kind of cool with the selection of parts making more directed at being light weight touring bike. With the carbon Modolo shifter levers, the Huret Jubilee long cage derailleur and triple Nuovo Record crankset. It's a good thing it one of the older models because the later models had strange oversized headset setup.
