Assuming suicide = no lockring, yeah, loctite seems to work. I use loctite blue on my fixie folder 'cos the 12t sprocket is too small - the lockring would interfere with the chain. Loctite works so far

For proper hub with lockring, grease both. Chainwhip to tighten the sprocket, hammer and punch to tighten the lockring. Check both after your first ride.
