Seatpost height set right - one TV show at a time ('62 Schwinn on Magic City)

These two scenes are stills from Starz's new "Magic City" drama, set in 1959-era Miami. In these shots, you will see a 1962 (Yep, not period correct - I recommended that they use it anyway so long as the Starburst headbadge wasn't visible) Schwinn Corvette in the background. I believe someone had the foresight to swap out the chainguard to the earlier style:

Need it be said that I was the last person to set the seatpost height on that bike? Heck, it is about time the world sees a Schwinn middleweight with the seatpost set at a sensible height, as opposed to being slammed down into the frame - which is how I found it. Surprise.

Of note, this was also the first bike I've experienced with a 2-speed Bendix kickback. Better than I expected, if a bit fiddly. I'll say one thing in its favor though - after having been mothballed and unridden in a collection prior to the purchase of this bike for the series, the Bendix was ready to go - unlike the two Sturmey AW-equipped Schwinns that were there.
