I fell 3 times today at various stop signs since my left foot would not release from my 13 year old Wellgo pedals. I've now fallen a total of 5 times in 13 years of road cycling. All my falls were while I was traveling less then 5 miles per hours...

Lucky for me new 105 pedals arrived yesterday.... If only I had a pedal wrench.
