Yep, this is similar to what I've done. She generally has us pair off, then start with just putting a hand on your partners' shoulder. Then a hand on their lower back to push them up a hill. Then a hand all the way around to their opposite shoulder. Then more bumping and leaning, and for longer periods of time, starting with just touching elbows, then shoulders and hips, making sure each person does it on each side. We've also worked on rubbing tires, but that one should be done on grass.
I think the leaning thing is really useful because it teaches you to react to contact by leaning INTO whoever is coming into you, rather than away from them.
