No, I would not have objected had those conditions been met, though I would still have preferred that it were handled by a simple link to my Website.
I also was bothered by the fact that the image had been tampered with, not only being turned to black and white, but also by deleting some of the useful info that was in the captions.
As I understand it, I
must actively defend my copyright rights or the material that I worked hard to create will be at risk of slipping into the public domain and out of my control.
