I'm working with the 24tpi pitch rather than the Raleigh proprietary, and it as my understanding that the only thing holding me back was getting the cups off. I already have the Ultegra parts, and the original Raleigh parts are in need of replacing anyways. Using the Ultegra parts was supposed to be my cheaper/easier solution.
